• Robin Birtley has extensive experience in toxicology, pharmacology and world-wide regulatory affairs with the agrochemical, pharmaceutical and contract research industries.  He is highly skilled in the successful integration of these disciplines into new chemical development programmes, and the maintenance / expansion of existing product registrations, through effective product management processes.  He combines strong techno-regulatory skills and an eye for detail with cultural, political and business awareness.  

• The BIRTLEY Consultancy offers services from any or all aspects of this broad spectrum of experiences, ranging from optimising the design, interpretation and reporting of individual studies through to the provision of advice and advocacy on regulatory submissions for new or existing chemicals.  Other services include editing and critiquing technical documents and literature, and provision of individual tuition for school children in science subjects up to GCSE standards.
